郭嘉昆：中方依法查处在华外国公民违法犯罪案件，并充分保障当事人合法权利。进一步的情况建议向中方主管部门询问。
Guo Jiakun: China handles cases involving illegal or criminal activities by foreign nationals on Chinese soil in accordance with the law and ensures that their lawful rights are fully protected. I’d refer you to Chinese competent authorities for more information.
朝日新闻记者：9月1日，尼加拉瓜议会通过宪法修正案，限制在野党参加选举并延长总统任期，中方对此有何评论？中国正在推进加强与尼加拉瓜的关系，如何评价两国关系现状及未来前景？
Asahi Shimbun: Nicaraguan lawmakers on Tuesday approved a constitutional reform restricting the participation of opposition politicians in elections. The amendment also extended the presidential term. What’s China’s comment on that? As China is growing its relations with Nicaragua, how does China assess the current state and future prospects of bilateral relations?
郭嘉昆：中方一贯坚持不干涉内政原则，主张尊重各国走符合本国国情发展道路的权利。中方愿在相互尊重、合作共赢基础上，同包括尼加拉瓜在内的世界各国发展友好关系。
Guo Jiakun: China stays committed to the principle of non-interference in other countries’ internal affairs, and advocates that all countries’ right to follow development path that suits the national conditions should be respected. China will develop friendly ties with Nicaragua and other countries on the basis of mutual respect and win-win cooperation.
亚洲新闻台记者：追问关于新加坡公民被捕的问题，请问中新间是否就此事有过协调？是否会有下一步动作？此次行动是否是更大规模调查的一部分？是否也涉及别国公民？

彭博社记者：太平洋岛国领导人批评中方近期开展导弹试射活动，称没有获得中方充分的事先通报。外交部对此有何回应？岛国呼吁未来进行类似导弹试射时，至少提前24小时获得通报，中方会否同意遵守？（法新社亦问及）
Bloomberg: The leaders of the Pacific island nations have criticized China’s recent missile test, saying they didn’t get adequate notice. Would the ministry like to respond to this? The Pacific island nations called for giving at least 24 hours notice of such missile testing in the future. 郭嘉昆：关于试射活动，中方已经多次阐明立场。中国坚持走和平发展道路，坚定奉行防御性国防政策，从不搞军事扩张。中方愿同南太国家一道为维护南太地区和平稳定和发展繁荣贡献力量。
Guo Jiakun: China has on many occasions made clear its position on the test launch. China is committed to peaceful development and a national defense policy that is defensive in nature. We never engage in military expansion. China stands ready to work with South Pacific countries to contribute to peace, stability, development and prosperity of the South Pacific region.
